A warm, supportive space for teen boys and young men to work through challenges, build lasting skills, and move forward with confidence.
Hello, and welcome. My name is David Levi, LCSW-C. I specialize in working with teens and adults who are struggling with stress, OCD, anxiety, and relationship challenges.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by daily demands, consumed by worry, caught in repetitive thoughts or behaviors, or having difficulty maintaining relationships, I provide a supportive space where healing, growth, and meaningful change can occur.
I view therapy as a collaborative process. You are the expert on your life and your experiences, while my role is to serve as a guide offering support, insight, and practical tools to help you move toward your goals. I also use humor to help build connection and bring lightness to the difficult work that therapy often involves. My approach incorporates CBT, mindfulness-based interventions, Solution-Focused Therapy, and DBT techniques.
What makes my practice unique is my ability to help clients move forward while thoughtfully using the past as a guide. I strive to create an authentic therapeutic experience that balances compassion, practical tools, and evidence-based strategies so you can build confidence and create lasting change.
Seeking support takes courage, and you do not have to face life's challenges alone. If you are ready to take the next step, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
